Mausoleum of Sheikh Ahmad Jami in photos

Mausoleum of Sheikh Ahmad Jami is located in in Torbat-e Jam County, Iran’s Khorasan Razavi Province.

The mausoleum complex is inscribed on the List of Tangible and Intangible Heritage of the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO), the tentative list of world heritage sites of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), and Iran’s National Heritage List.

Mausoleum of Sheikh Ahmad Jami (a famous Persian scholar, mystic and poet) is one of the beautiful attractions of Torbat-e Jam County.

The mausoleum is in fact a complex which includes several monuments such as a tomb, tombstones, mosque, madrasah and dome.

Some other constructions were also added to Ahmad Jami mausoleum in different eras.
